Template License & Terms of Use

By downloading or using any templates, designs, or digital assets from SoSocial (the "Templates"), you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

When you purchase or download a Template from SoSocial, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Template for commercial and personal purposes, subject to the restrictions below.

2. What You CAN Do

Permitted Uses:

  • Use Templates for your real estate business marketing
  • Customize Templates with your own content, images, and branding
  • Create unlimited projects using the Templates
  • Use Templates for your clients' real estate marketing (if you're a service provider)
  • Post content created with Templates on social media, websites, and print materials
  • Use Templates for both personal and commercial real estate projects

3. What You CANNOT Do

Prohibited Uses:

  • Resell or redistribute Templates as-is or modified to third parties
  • Share your account or Templates with others who haven't purchased them
  • Claim ownership of the original Template designs
  • Use Templates for any illegal purposes or to create misleading content
  • Extract individual design elements to create competing template products
  • Sublicense or transfer your license to another party
  • Use Templates outside of the real estate and related industries (Templates are specifically designed for real estate marketing)

4. Ownership & Copyright

  • All Templates remain the intellectual property of SoSocial
  • SoSocial retains all rights, title, and interest in the original designs
  • Your license does not transfer ownership of the Templates
  • Copyright © 2025 SoSocial. All rights reserved.

5. Modifications

  • You are encouraged to customize and modify Templates for your use
  • Modified Templates are still subject to this license agreement
  • You may not remove or alter any copyright notices or branding indicators within the Template files

6. Subscription Terms

  • Templates are accessible while your subscription is active
  • Free templates remain accessible after downloading, even if you don't subscribe
  • Premium templates require an active subscription for continued access and downloads
  • Cancel anytime with no penalties

7. Refund Policy

  • Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded
  • If you experience technical issues, contact our support team
  • We're committed to your satisfaction and will work to resolve any concerns

8. Updates & Changes

  • We may update Templates and add new features over time
  • Subscribers receive all updates at no additional cost
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms with notice to users

9. Disclaimer

Templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SoSocial is not responsible for how you use the Templates or any results from using them.
